Tracks is built for learning. Before search aggregation runs, we apply a policy layer that blocks certain request intents with a neutral response.

We hard-stop requests whose primary intent includes:

• Child sexual abuse material and sexualization of minors
• Non-consensual intimate content and exploitative sexual content
• Terrorism, weapons-for-harm, malware, fraud, privacy attacks
• Hate threats and actionable self-harm instructions

Category selection (tech, finance, entrepreneurship, science, health, design, language) is treated as user intent for relevance, not as a hard permission gate.
